Classic Salsa Recipe
This is restaurant worthy salsa here.
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Yellow Onions (diced)
4 tsp. can Jalapeños (diced, not pickled)
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Whole Canned Tomatoes (plus the juice)
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Tomatoes and Green Chilies
1/4 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Cumin
3/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
Directions:
Add the onions and jalapeños to a food processor, and process for a few seconds.
Now you can add the tomatoes, sugar, cumin, and garlic, and process until everything is well blended, but not puree.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, and serve with tortilla chips.
