Grilled Dilled Salmon Recipe
This is a fast, healthy meal that everyone will love.
Ingredients:
2 lbs. Salmon filet(s)
3 tsp. Artificial Sweetener or Brown
Balsamic Vinegar
1 bunch Fresh Dill
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
Vegetable Oil
Directions:
Sprinkle the salt, sweetener, and balsamic vinegar over the salmon.
Chop the dill, and drizzle on enough olive oil to coat the dill, then add salt and pepper, and cover the fish will the dill mixture.
Let the salmon marinate for 30 minutes. Preheat the grill to hot, and oil the grill. Lay the salmon skin side down on the grill.
Let the salmon cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until it turns opaque half-way up. Then flip the salmon with a spatula, don’t worry if the skin sticks to the grill.
Grill for 3 more minutes, the fish should be a light pink all the way through.
