Margarita Grilled Chicken Recipe


This is a great recipe, very similar to the dish at Chili’s.


Ingredients:

4 Chicken Breasts, boneless & skinless

1 Cup Liquid Margarita Mix

Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste


Directions:

In bowl, pout the margarita mix over the chicken, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.


Drain the chicken and dust with black pepper.


Preheat the grill to medium high, and spray with cooking oil.  Grill for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping once, until chicken is done.


Serve with black beans and rice.
