Tia Rosa’s Guacamole Recipe


This is a great, spicy guacamole, goes great with baked tortilla chips.


Ingredients:

1 Tbsp. Cilantro, finely chopped

1 Jalapeño, seeded & minced

1/4 Cup White Onion, finely chopped

1 Avocado

1 small Tomato, chopped

Salt


Directions:

In a food processor, add half of the cilantro, jalapeño, onion, and 1/2 tsp. of salt, and pulse into a smooth paste.  Transfer to a bowl.


And the avocado to the onion mixture and mix, making sure to smush the avocado.


Then add the rest of the cilantro, jalapeño, onion, and tomato.  You can add more salt to your taste.


Let the guacamole sit for 30 minutes before serving.
